No one more wants to see this out there than me... not just this but a multitude of other products I've designed. If the casework had been here a month earlier during the post xmas lull it would have been no problem but its arrival coincided with a load of repair work, rebuilds, re-capping work etc coming in and I have to put little things like eating and paying the rent before ALL else. It will be ready as soon as I can fit it in without pissing off any of my repair/rebuild customers.
My aim is to slot it in after the rebuild of a vintage class A Sugden that's nearly finished now (look out for thread with photos on pfm shortly) so it should be soon folks...

Looking forward to it Jez. Life gets in the way sometimes.

Andy, on a first listen at Jez's, there's very little between them. Jez's was a touch more propulsive, the Paradise a touch better layered. I'm seriously looking forward to hearing it in my own system where I can better judge.
One more Paradise left to complete.

Won't be long now folks, work well underway on completely new PSU (same design but dual mono, for now) and casing it up with a few little extras included such as left and right channel earth lift switches on PSU, "power on" LED's on main unit as well as PSU. Later PSU's will probably be intended not to be on display as a PSU for a phono stage needs to be well away from the actual PS and preferably "on the floor around the back". I'll make long (6 foot or so) DC power cables up (1 per channel as it's dual mono) to allow some flexibility in positioning for now.

In 1970 perhaps - white would be my choice. Still, exciting to know that the project is moving forward.

No doubt he means for higher current draw for a CCS in the PSU.

Nope. I like the red against black look ;) Red LED's on both PSU and phono stage.
