Shoebox Case for NAIM- NEWThis 'shoebox' sleeve is made to the EXACT specifications and dimensions as the original NAIM version (207mm W x 76mm H x 300mm D). It is not bolted or welded together it is extruded just like the original. It includes the case and the internal tray/sled. It does NOT include the Naim front panel. This sleeve has all the details of the original including; the texture finish that continues on the inside of the case and machined and recessed earth bond holes to match the original. If NAIM offered new sleeves they would look just like this. It really is indistinguishable from your original except it is unmarked, the paint is nice and dark with no fading over the years - your equipment will look brand NEW!! It is painted both ends, if you want the CB ‘Chrome Bumper’ look you simply need to sand off the paint at one end, the technique is called linishing. Contact a local paint shop and they should be able to do it for you very cheaply. This is what NAIM did to achieve the CB look. Features:-
*NAP (90/110/140) series may need two holes drilling for the heatsink bolts. ![]()

![]() The above picture shows a sled (a NAIM one but ours are identical) that I used for a DIY NAIM HiCAP project. It uses a Hacker Reg board and 2 x Teddy Pardo SuperTeddyregs. This powers a NAIM Prefix K and it's a super sounding phono stage!
